Other times, like when I read a report on Autoblog Green about the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) predicting a move to ethanol-based bio-fuels "could kill 200,000 people a year", something more sinister (or possibly just "more stupid") is behind the apparent disconnect
